The Company’s management is composed of senior executives with extensive experience in the mail industry, digital technology and Internet enterprises and is 100% veteran owned:
William Contessa, Chairman and CEO – Mr. Contessa leads the Company with an established background operating and creating companies in the digital document and information distribution industry. Mr. Contessa’s vision for MailSurity is solidly backed by his track record of success with companies whose innovations and solutions are foundations to the workflow and document digitization market place. Mr. Contessa’s background and experience at Xerox Corporation led him to form Laser Resources, which pioneered the first commercial adaptation of the on-demand, Distribute & Print model for technical document production and distribution. This system was later expanded to include features such as document storage, Internet compatibility and intelligent routing capabilities, which are the foundation of the MailSurity product today. At Business Mail Express, Mr. Contessa took the concepts of digital document distribution and applied it to the mail industry where he brought to market the first system to regionally distribute brokerage statements to customers of the financial services industry. Mr. Contessa is responsible for the formation of DocNet.com an Internet based document printing and production system, and Copylease Corporation of America, a leveraged leasing business for Xerox and IBM reprographic equipment.
Edmond Francis, VP Product Development – Mr. Francis is responsible for setting the Company’s overall technical strategy, product direction and designed and developed the core product, which includes the patent pending intellectual property. With more than 30 years of experience in information technology and software development, Mr. Francis leads the Company’s product development efforts which include the development of new enhancements, interfaces and compatibility with other systems essential to fully automating and managing the electronic processing of mail. Mr. Francis’ maintains a history of success in the development of Internet based software solutions and systems. Prior to MailSurity, Mr. Francis co-founded DocNet.com, an Internet based document company, which developed and implemented a distributed on-demand printing and document production system. He has held MIS positions in major enterprises.
Vincent Gangi, VP Logistics – Mr. Gangi is responsible for the Company’s industry and government relations. With over 45 years of experience in the mail industry, Mr. Gangi maintains relationships with top ranking officials within the US Postal Service and provides industry expertise to mail processing companies who seek business within the tri-state area. Mr. Gangi is instrumental in leading the industry in creating new efficiencies in the way mail is ultimately delivered and he sits on a variety of customer and industry councils as a known expert in the mail industry. Mr. Gangi has been Chairman of the Postal Customers’ Council of NYC, a member of the Transportation Advisory Committee, the Commercial Carrier Task Force and the Securities Industry Association, Proxy Division. As owner of Wall Street Mail Pick-Up Service, Inc. Mr. Gangi created the dominant private mail carrier that services over 300 major firms in the New York area.
Christopher Fahey, Chief System Engineer – Mr. Fahey has extensive system development and programming experience encompassing almost every software and hardware platform from hand-held devises to super computers. His technical expertise includes C, C++, Java, VB, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XML, Pascal, Common LISP, Visual C++, MFC, JFC, Motif/Xt, OLE, OLE DB, SQL, JDBC, DB2, COM, Outlook-MAPI, RSA, X.509, LDAP, Shell / Cshell / Perl Scripting, J2EE, Java Servlets, EJB, MQSeries, CORBA, IBM PC, SUN Sparc, Convex/Cray Supercomputers, Linux, AIX, Windows 98, 2000, NT and CE, BSD, Solaris, Unix, CGI, CRM, SNA, Web to Host, TN3270, HLAPI, SNMP, TCP/IP, SLIP/PPP, OOA/OOD/OOP, UML, Client/Server, Peer-to-Peer, Java Smart Cards. Prior to developing MailSurity’s software, Mr. Fahey developed applications for an auto dealership loyalty rewards system, a real-time ice hockey statistics system, an ISP administrative system, RSA based security systems, a web-based NetPost Certified form and data transfer system and a customer relationship management system.
